Bab Al Shams Desert Resort – Dubai
Beginning on April 15, 2023, reservations will once again be accepted at Bab Al Shams Desert Resort under the administration of the company that oversees Atlantis and One&Only. The opulent desert resort’s doors were shut on May 8 this year as it underwent a significant makeover.
Bab Al Shams will fly the new Rare Finds flag when it reopens, which is Kerzner’s global conversion brand for independent hotels. Al fresco eating, a rooftop lounge, and modern Arabic cuisine are just a few of the proposed new dining options.

FIVE LUXE JBR
The new FIVE resort is scheduled to open in 2023 and will have 232 hotel rooms, 212 serviced apartments, seven restaurants and bars, a spa, a communal pool, and a private beach. According to a statement released by FIVE, “the resort will completely infuse the distinctive and unique Vibe of FIVE, worldwide acclaimed for its tailored entertainment and culinary offerings.”
The hotel will brand as a Hyatt rather than a Corinthia, originally planned for the location. Kabir Mulchandani, chairman of FIVE Holdings, said the company’s “excellent financial success” in recent years has allowed for additional expansion in Dubai.

Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab
In 2023, Jumeirah Group will enter a new era with the opening of the Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab hotel. It is situated between the Burj Al Arab Jumeirah and the Jumeirah Beach Hotel and borrows its design cues from the sleek lines of a luxury yacht.
There will be 386 guest rooms and suites at the Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab, four penthouses, and 83 luxury hotel apartment suites with access to the resort’s gardens.
Furthermore, there will be ten different dining options and a spa. A “statement property” for Jumeirah, the company claims, this development ushers in “a new age” for the enterprise. Jumeirah has promised that its restaurants, which will be socially driven, would include a roster of acclaimed chefs from throughout the world.

Terra Solis Dubai
This year, the Tomorrowland music festival from Belgium will come to Dubai through a desert glamping retreat. According to its website, Terra Solis will debut in September in Dubailand, Al Yufra, about 25 minutes from the Burj Khalifa.
In the remote area, there will be a total of 48 tents, 20 lodges, and 6 pool lodges. The area here is 371,000 square meters. At Terra Solis, delectable food and beverages may be enjoyed as live music is played and guests mingle.
